TRUFFLEicious – Wiltshire Artisans is based at Great Chalfield, Wiltshire, in a stable we converted into a 5* hygiene registered kitchen, within the beautiful grounds of Great Chalfield Manor.

Having worked as a cook for more than 40 yrs, in private family houses, Cowdray Park, Midhurst, as family cook & for Polo functions, also at Harrods and as Mr AlFayed’s personal cook. I also ran my own private Dining Room in Broad Camden, Gloucestershire. Guests informed me of their favourite ingredients & I created the menu around their likes. Prue Leith wrote wrote several articles about me which were published, along with some of my recipes in the Guardian.

Based on my previous experience my aim is to:

“Assist people -through tuition and this blog- in gaining the knowledge to create and cook fresh, nutritious, economic meals for their families and to supply 100% Homemade foods, made from fresh, natural, local ingredients, which contain NO nasties”.
